Une nouvelle branche de Dorkbot vient de pousser à Montréal et a besoin de
votre engrais créatif! Dorkbot est un organisme
international a but non lucratif qui a débuté à New York et qui agit
localement en réunissant des gens qui font des projets intéressants avec
de l'électricité. Le phénomène Dorkbot se répand sur tout le globe et nous
avons la chance de créer un Dorkbot à l'image des talents de Montréal et
de représenter notre chère ville sur la scène internationale en tant que
premier Dorkbot de la francophonie.
Dorkbot-Montréal organise des rencontres mensuelles de façon informelle
pour exposer vos projets et encourager les discussions et la
collaboration. Plusieurs ateliers de création (électronique, programmation
et plus) seront tenus afin de développer les talents locaux, et enfin
Dorkbot-mtl est ouvert à vos idées, aussi étranges qu'elle peuvent
sembler.
C'est une excellente opportunité pour développer vos idées, expérimenter
et présenter vos projets ainsi que d'entretenir et d'élargir un réseau
d'artistes, d'ingénieurs, de programmeurs,de musiciens et de patenteux
pour d'éventuelles collaborations.
Peu importe votre parcours et vos connaissances, si vous êtes intéressés
par la fusion des arts et des technologies, Dorkbot Montréal est à
l'écoute.

Call for projects
Dorkbot is starting a hive in Montreal and needs your beeswax. Dorkbot is about people doing strange things with electricity. It is
a non-for-profit worldwide organization originating from New York that
aims to locally unite creative people from different backgrounds. Dorkbots
are popping all over the world, and we have the chance of shaping one to
our cultural image and represent Montreal on an international level.
Dorkbot-Montreal will be hosting informal meetings, organize expositions
and partys, teach various workshops (electronics,programming and more),
and is open to your ideas of what Dorkbot-mtl should do next.
It's a great opportunity to create and/or showcase your ideas, works and
projects, experiment new interactions, as well as developing a network of
artists, musicians,engineers, programmers and hardware hackers for
collaborations.
Whatever your background is, as long as you are interested in fusing arts
and technologies Dorkbot-mtl is open to your ideas and abilities.
