Equipment Loan Request
for organisms
PRIORITY 4 : Some intra-universitary organisms may borrow equipment for specific events for use in the creation or the dissemination of mediatic art work.
These loans, usualy made for short periods of time, are intended to help these organisms to promote media art through the organisation of colloquiums, conferences, workshops or other events clearly related to the field. An equipment request may not be made more than four months before the equipment will be used. Equipment requests for low equipment value or for a short period of time will generaly be allocated within 48 hours. Equipment requests for a more important equipment value or for a longer period of time will be evaluated and eventualy allocated by a committee gathering once every month.
